  • What is your sick child policy?

    For the health and safety of all children and staff, we ask that children stay home if they have a fever, flu symptoms, or any contagious illness. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning. To attend, children must be able to fully participate in all daily activities without restrictions.


  • How do you handle emergencies?

    All staff are CPR and First Aid certified. In the event of an emergency, we follow established protocols and contact parents immediately through our communication platform, Brightwheel.


  • What is your security and drop-off/pick-up policy?

    Only authorized individuals listed in your child's profile are permitted to pick up. We use Brightwheel for daily sign-in and sign-out to ensure accountability and security.


  • How do you handle allergies or medical conditions?

    We work closely with families to accommodate allergies and medical needs. Please inform us of any conditions during enrollment so we can create a safe plan for your child.


  • What is your ratio of staff to children?

    We maintain low staff-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives individualized attention and care. Ratios vary by age group in accordance with California state licensing requirements.

    For our School-Age Summer Program, parents are asked to pack lunch for their child on field trip days.


  • Can my child bring their own food?

    Absolutely! Parents are always welcome to send a packed lunch or snack from home. We do ask that you keep the items healthy. Please no chips, candy and or sugar snacks.


  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies during enrollment and we will do our best to accommodate your child's needs.

  • How will I stay updated on my child's day?

    We use Brightwheel, a childcare communication app, to send daily updates, photos, attendance records, and important announcements directly to parents.


  • How do I communicate with my child's teacher?

    You can reach your child's teacher through Brightwheel, by phone, or in person during drop-off and pickup. We encourage open communication and welcome your questions and feedback anytime.

  • Do you host parent events or meetings?

    Yes! We host parent welcome nights, open houses, and end-of-year celebrations throughout the year. We love involving our families in our community! Parents are more than welcome to have individualized meetings with teachers or admins
